Shows Premiering Week of 9/13

This is an important week for a few networks as they start bringing back returning shows, though the most significant week will follow this one. Survivor: Nicaragua represents the 21st season for the highly rated reality show and moves to Wednesdays, while The Apprentice goes away from the celebrity format of the past few seasons. The only new show premiering is Outlaw which stars Jimmy Smits and has gotten some good buzz.

Survivor: Nicaragua (CBS)
The 21st season includes former Dallas Cowboys coach Jimmy Johnson (8PM)

Outlaw (NBC) NEW SHOW
Jimmy Smits stars as a Supreme Court justice that quits his job and goes into private practice. Determined to represent “the little guy” and use his inside knowledge of the justice system to take on today’s biggest legal cases he’s making plenty of powerful people unhappy along the way. (10PM)

Thursday
The Apprentice (NBC)
This season includes contestants that had lost their job due to the economy. (10PM)

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FX – 10PM)
The League (FX – 1030PM)
