Batman 3 Villain Could Be Killer Croc

The rumors continue as to potential villains that could be involved in the upcoming final film in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. The latest involves a character that would be less familiar to audiences who haven’t followed the comics (or played the Arkham Asylum video game from last year) and has yet to be touched upon in any Batman films.

Killer Croc began in the comics as a powerful man covered in green scales due to a skin condition, which would mesh more with Nolan’s grounded take than how the character was turned to be more of a reptilian monster over the years. It is likely still that The Riddler will be another villain in the movie but Croc could pull Batman out of Gotham.

The reason Killer Croc is being discussed now is based on Comingsoon.net reporting yesterday that the movie was going to be filming in New Orleans which would certainly seem to be a local that would work for the character. Mark Millar since tweeted that he knew what one of the villains  in the movie was and that they would be filming a big scene outside of Gotham involving one of his favorite villains from his childhood. The timing would match for when Croc was first introduced in 1983.
